Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through atlasenergypro.com, operated by Atlas Energy Solutions Inc.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Products must be:

• Unused and in their original condition;
• Uninstalled, unassembled, unaltered, and undamaged after delivery;
• Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components;
• Accompanied by an order number or other valid proof of purchase.

To start a return, email marisaadamilee@outlook.com with your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.

Do not send a product to our business address or to the address printed on the shipping package unless our support team provides a return address in writing.

Free Return Service

Approved returns requested within the 30-day period qualify for free standard return shipping.

We may provide a prepaid return label or another approved return method. Please contact us before purchasing return postage.

Express, premium, or unauthorized shipping expenses will not be reimbursed unless approved in advance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact marisaadamilee@outlook.com promptly.

Please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the product;
• Photographs of the packaging, when relevant.

After review, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Unless required by applicable law, returns may not be accepted for:

• Used, installed, assembled, or altered products;
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Products marked as final sale;
• Gift cards or downloadable products;
• Products returned without original parts or packaging.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer normally posts the refund within 3–7 business days after we issue it.

If the refund does not appear after 7 business days, contact your financial institution and then email marisaadamilee@outlook.com.

Taxes and Shipping Charges

Customers are not charged separate taxes, customs duties, or import fees by atlasenergypro for eligible orders.

Orders over US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. Optional expedited or premium shipping charges will be displayed before payment.
